"Stretch Therapy to Create a Body That Moves Easily"We use partner stretches to extend stiff muscles that you can't fully stretch on your own, as well as deep muscles inside the body, releasing excessive tension.

Recommended for relieving physical discomfort in areas like the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, knees, and legs; improving posture and joint range of motion; and enhancing performance in sports such as jogging or soccer.

①Short sessions(40min) ￥6,000(Tax included)

Recommended for those who want to feel refreshed in a short time. For walking fatigue, lower back discomfort, and stiff shoulders/neck!

②Standard Sessions(60min)　￥8,000(Tax included)

Full-Body Stretch & Alignment Deep stretching + joint mobilization to improve posture, flexibility, and circulation.

③Long Sessions(80min)　￥10,000(Tax included)

An in-depth 80-minute session combining deep stretching and alignment work with extra focus on your most critical problem areas. This extended time allows for detailed trigger point therapy and advanced mobilization techniques for lasting relief and correction.

How to Book/ Reservation

Please contact us via e-mail or Instagram direct message(DM) with your preferred dates and times, course, and the number of people. We would appreciate it if you could provide three possible dates/times.

Pick-up and Cancellation Policy:

We offer complimentary car pick-up and drop-off service from the Ropeway-mae bus stop. Please arrive at the bus stop at your scheduled appointment time.

IMPORTANT: If you do not contact us within 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, your reservation will be considered a cancellation.

① Kindly note that the stretching services offered here are for relaxation and wellness purposes, not for medical treatment.

② If you are currently under a doctor's care or following a medical plan, please adhere strictly to their instructions.

③ Treatment may not be suitable for clients who meet any of the conditions listed below.

Please indicate if any of the following apply to you:

1. Fever

2. Skin diseases or severe dermatological conditions

3. Rheumatism (or Rheumatoid arthritis)

4. Under the influence of alcohol

5. Severe hangover

6. Less than one hour after eating a meal

7. Pregnancy or possibility of pregnancy

8. Poor physical condition or feeling unwell

9. Areas with current injuries or medical conditions that should not be touched.
